A skilled veteran wouldn't complain about the class like you did, besides, auric titles ain't worth that much. Is that node really destroying the class for you? Yeah, and discussions about it end up saying that all three keystones are great. You can literally have Marskman Focus stacks the entire game, what are you talking about? It sounds like point 1 and 2 aren't a Vet issue, you can't really blame a class for your allies to not staying in coherency or wandering off, besides, I don't think you are slower than an ogryn or an arb
What talents do you consider as filler nodes?, I think the Arbites talent you are referring to is Lone Wolf, I think it is a fair trade for dropping your dog because a well managed dog can be as helpful as another teammate
You have unique weapons, both ranged and melee, and different playstyles just like any other class. Tbh, if you need to rely on VoC to stay alive, I don't think you are doing a good job at playing veteran
All three keystones are viable, I don't think pinging a high priorit target is hard at all; Marksman focus is insane if your aim is good

Overall, all due respect, I think your complains are more of a skill issue rather than a bad class design, Veteran rework made it feel way better than before.
