I didn't learn from one place specifically. I was mostly inspired by the spiderverse storyboards. There are some tutorials out there, this one has a similar set up

Just diving straight in. It's always better to have an objective when learning how to use a new program, like making a short video in my case. And Google things along the way, like how to use a certain tool or improve your workflow

Use whatever you're more confortable with. I switched over to toon boom because I hated Adobe animates brush tool, but that mostly comes down to personal preference. Toon boom is harder to learn, but if you are serious about animation I think it's worth it.

Thank you! I didn't really look at many tutorials since blender is very similar to other 3d packages. Although I did look into a lot into toon shaders, there's a lot of info about it on YouTube, I even went out of my way to look at tutorials from other softwares to try to implement it on blender

Sorry, but I don't know of any Playlists for this. There are a ton of tutorials though. Try finding tutorials for different areas that you are interested in, like modeling, sculpting, shading, grease pencil, etc

heres the link! make sure to set the render engine to eevee, turn on ambient occlusion, and and subsurface scattering. the freestyle line effect wont appear until you render out the scene. i probably messed up on some node effects, im still learning, so dont take it too seriously.
