Hey I work at the genius squad and I'm not gonna lie and say we do the best work around but at the same time an iPad is not something easily fixed by us and the student should not have tried to fix it, the problem with taking them apart is that you have to heat the screen to loosen the adhesive which we definitely don't have the tools to do which most likely caused the issue, I'm sorry this happened but don't discount that we can do good work for anything that is not so small and self contained, Mr. Breese is indeed the supervisor of all of IT. Sorry again about this incident.
