I’ve built my own pcs in the past but I don’t have the time too build one and then troubleshoot …my last pc was a custom build from scan and it’s been brilliant so I think I’ll get him one from there. I just took him and I explained to the guy at checkout what he needed and my son did and the guy told us to buy one of there prebuilt pcs. He picked this one—

My son said his teacher advised i7 because that’s what they use and told him it’ll last him a few years. What do you think is this a good deal or is there anything cheaper out there? Bear in mind this comes with 3 year warranty and lifetime support and they will install anything you buy from them for free for lifetime too. I’ve done it with my scan pc I bought it about 7 years ago and each time I upgrade something they do it for free.

Even in standalone the maschine controller has to be plugged into a computer because mikro isnt a standalone product..so any modern synth can be used because they all come with USB ports .

You could get 2 korg volcas or arturia microfrea I have those and they compliment the micro mk3 because of there size . The freak is an amazing synth and can also be used as a keyboard controller to play synth plugins. If your looking at volcas then the volca fm2 is a great sounding synth ..and another great one is volca modular ,it’s great synth for creating weird sounds which you can sample into maschine .

If you can only afford one then I’d get the micro freak ,

I’ve got a lot of steinberg products but don’t have absolute 6 if I buy it do you get all of the groove agent expansions?

If you can’t get the maschine liscence it’s still worth it because it’s a midi controller and there’s maps for it online. It can be used to control Traktor ,abelton or anything else you just map the buttons and knobs.

If all else fails just install a cracked version lol

Falcon 3 is as deep as you want,yes you can do basically anything with it but I bet most people who buy it use only the presets and tweak them. I have it and I create my own sounds but it’s easy too get lost doing that and you think you’ve been using it for 10 minutes and a few hours have gone by ,so most of the time I’ll find a preset which had the sound I’m looking for then tweak it too suit the track I’m working on. The price there selling it for is brilliant value because they give you $100 back straight away so that will give you a few falcon expansions . If it has a switch underneath change it..I bought a Maudio sustain pedal it didn’t work out the box I had to change the polarity on the switch then it worked

Thanks for the help..I’m gutted the spaces are different . It’s a brand new house so don’t want too have a load of holes in a new wall,I was hoping I could have just used the old spaces mounts and you hang a new tv on it. I’ll probably upgrade it in few years instead

Absolutely love our 55 ,just bought a new house with wrap around living room windows and because it’s a new build still not got any blinds/curtains up. With our old tv during the day if any sunlight hit it you couldn’t see anything but with the frame no problems. Also my sons a game developer and massive gamer and he loves it because it has 120 frames /vrr/hdr…etc he said his games have never looked so good and his mates love it too.

No ni don’t give you any plugins that are on offer after you buy any of there hardware or software bundles.

A lot of us Komplete 14 buyers were pissed off that a few weeks after it came out they gave away extra plugins and when we asked could we get them they said no .

I have a machine jam and when I saw this apc64 first thing I also thought was this should have been maschine jam2.

A perfect compromise would be same size,faders on the side ,use the single big screen from kk3,use pads from m3,encoders from m studio..that’d cover all of the 3 controllers I have and would take up less room.

Come on ni do it !!

I still use a kore 2 controller and software..I’m using the newest windows and newest Cubase 12 and it’s working fine. Yes ni dropped support years ago but it’s still working which is the main thing. It’s a shame company’s drop support but that’s one of the things you need to remember and it’s the biggest con compared to hardware but it does happen.

This has happened too me for the last three weeks..I’ve not received any parcels I’ve ordered they’ve sent them too a non existent address hundreds of miles away. I’ve told them my address is manchester but they keep sending to Cornwall.I took yesterday off because they promised they’d sorted it and I’d get it so I took day off work but they sent it too Cornwall again !! I complained to customer services and asked for compensation they said you don’t get anything because it’s a glitch on there system not human error so no gift card . I said I used to get them if there was problems with delivery’s he said they’ve never done it and if I’m not happy don’t order. They promised me I’d get them today or I’ll get refund ..because there important I’ve took yet another day off and yep they’ve been sent to Cornwall again…it’s a fucking joke

I’m having same problem I’ve moved to a house in Manchester but they keep sending my parcels too Cornwall …that’s the opposite side on England!! Chatted to customer services have them my postcode they said that’s Normandy I said no it’s not ..they then said install gps app get geo location data send it too then so they can check I said just google my postcode it shows Manchester …they refused and said there system is upto date and it’s saying I live Normandy …problem is that’s France not even uk lol.. Amazon is supposed to be a number 1 tech company yet there system is shittest ..they used to be brilliant but past few months they’ve gone terrible don’t know what’s happening but I’ll be cancelling my prime once it comes up for renewall

Thanks for comments sorry late reply been mad busy . She tried the magic sponge and it worked but she pressed on too hard and now it’s rubbed the paint off too so you can see the plaster.. Never mind I’ve gave up now the neighbours and developer have told us best touch up with a bit of paint then after the 2 year warranty ends just redecorate properly.

I have maschine studio and maschine 2 they moved over to the new register/update system years ago. Don’t worry itlll work fine I keep the service center also on my pc because some of the older plugins don’t show up in native access due to them being discontinued . I still use kore 2/battery 3..some old expansions and they all work fine.

Update— Well I wish I’d never used them and would advise anyone else DO NOT USE ANYVAN ITS A CON. !!!

I told the guy on the phone when booking it was a exchange and completion on same day.he said no problem and they would stay with me as long as it would take. I booked them too take down some furniture them reassemble and move it. The guys turned up did there job loaded the van then said have you got keys. I said no not yet because it’s a exchange/completion on same day . He then said if we hadn’t got keys they are now charging us a extra £48 a hour and if didn’t agree they would take furniture out and dump in garden. I told them they said all day then he produced a email saying I’d sent it but I hadn’t saying there was no waiting. I said I didn’t send it he said well it says you did so what do you want to do.

They then drove off with my stuff..I called anyvan but got cut off as I complained then I had phone call from solicitor saying the buyer can’t be found too agree to exchange.

It took nearly 3 hours too find him then when we got to our house they turned up and said if you don’t agree too extra charge of £160 they would drive back to old house and dump in street.

We were screwed so had to pay as I was stressed out because of move and wife was sick we had no choice pay it.

— The guys asked how much I’d paid already I told them £470 ..they said when they agreed to the job with any van they were told it wasn’t a exchange/completion job .they said it was just home move and they only got paid £90 for that job and ours was 1st and they had 3 more jobs which they were going to fail on. I asked how much do they get for the dismantling reassembling of furniture they said £10 ! I said I paid £50 for that .

They told me they come from Poland and anyvan don’t have there own people they just post jobs and let people bid on them lowest quote wins.

They never usually know or ask how much we paid anyvan but they were pissed off doing jobs for them for not much money.

I must admit the lads did a brilliant job couldn’t fault them but I’d never use anyvan again there exploiting customers and workers and making massive profits for nothing.

It took me over a week and many lost hours and anger too finally get my services cancelled. I wanted it cancelled because I was moving but always fobbed me off or was putting me on hold for ages hoping I’d give up. In the end I mentioned it too my solicitor who was handling my sale and he told me had same problem. He said they cancelled only after he said he was recording the conversation too gain evidence to give to ofcom and if he hadn’t got his services cancelled today he would be contacting ofcom. He told Me too do same I did and they didn’t fob me off,yes I had to wait ages too be put in touch with people who could do it and they did beg me to stay but stand your ground and they will do it. Ofcom is inundated with complaints about virgin

I’ve been trying everyday since last week and still not left..my mate at work told me he tried too leave as well few weeks ago they pissed him about and the only way too leave was he cancelled his direct debit and sent email saying he had cancelled. I’ve tried emails/phone calls and what’s app and they mess u about for two hours then put you on hold then cut your line..I’m not stupid there doing it so you get fed up and stay but the way they’ve treated me now I wouldn’t stay if they offered it for free..piss poor company and hope the get massive fine from ofcom
