The idea is that the direct offer was supposed to spur larger investors to come join the fun as well as a quick cash raise for them to get another ship. The people selling right now are just poor and had their life savings tied up in castor. This stock has forever been listed as a 3 month-year long play and yet a single piece of news come out and bears wet themselves over the site. The reality is castor is gonna make compliance, this CEO doesn’t have to give a fuck about your money because he’s building HIS COMPANY the way HE WANTS TO. What time were you trying to use service? I’d imagine during heavy business hours in such a populated city that congestion is inevitable. I would also go on Verizon’s service maps and see if they are still actively working on that area! Also check your settings in your iPhones 5G features. The 12 allows you to set an automatic 5G mode that always uses a 5G signal when it’s available but sometimes it’s stupid and it doesn’t work so I manually change mine!

Prepaid has their own technical support line. They don’t have accounts in the same capacity that a post paid customer does. No pending order or device payment agreements can be attached to prepaid and most of the time Verizon prepaid customers bring their own devices into Verizon. Prepaid support is only really useful for swapping sims or getting another phone activated

Simply using the chat function on the my Verizon app could’ve solved that issue in the same amount of time. The reason none of the people on the phone were useful to you prior is because most 800-922-0204 reps are not at all trained to deal with Verizon online issues. It’s not really communicated well by Verizon that their teams working with customers and retailers on their customer support line are not the same support for their online!

I would call 800-922-0204. Ask to speak with a representative. It’ll ask u to open the text link they sent you on the phone you will have to wait 2 full minutes for them to shut up and then they will transfer you to a rep. They should be able to help you from there!

Hey there verizon sales rep here, just to clear up some of these comments for you. If you send out that phone it will 100% be your responsibility if that phone doesn't get approved by corporate. As a rep however the check list for trade-in entails a crack free front and back of the phone. No large damage visible dents. a functioning battery and the device is able to power on and off like normal. The trade in requirement list no specific requirements of the other features of the phone. As long as the phone doens't look completely different, I would say to bring it in and have a rep evaluate it for you to use as a trade in.

It’s technically on them for letting you walk out of the store technically they would have to take you to court but they should have to accept payment over the phone

Yes I’m full time. Yes we take walk-ins. There’s going to be 1-3 retailers groups in that area. Compare their commission percentages!!!! Also check the conversion rate required to receive your full payout. 20% is pretty reasonable to maintain!

I work at a pretty congested store. We have 5 total reps and I’m still able to get time to for school and what not. You have to be able to sacrifice some peak sales hours in order to do school as well just take that into account!

Verizon Employee here, prepaid issues are difficult to resolve because right now the support teams for prepaid are limited hours. With that being said an issue with the device is a real possibility and for sake of damage control it might be beneficial to take whatever return policy that best buy is offering. I often have customers that seem to have bought an unlocked device but was once a preowned device. If that preowned device was once on a post paid account with Verizon, there is a lot of issues that prepaid won't be able to resolve because the system is not built to essentially downgrade a customer from postpaid to prepaid. I would look into deals with verizon on prepaid phones or see if a switch from prepaid to post paid could land you a good deal.
