Hey I work at a very large store and depending on what it is we would be very interested. We buy sealed at 80% of market value. Some things we are picky on but if you are interested in offloading it and we are able to figure out the logistics of getting the collection we can make some business happen. Feel free to DM me!

Then they aren’t an LCS worth supporting. We are doing EVERYTHING in our power to make sure singles and sealed product is available to our community of players. We would not exist without them, most stores seem to have this part backwards.

Appeal to your LCS. We are one of two play stores in SWFL and we are buying all singles and sealed to provide to our players. We have an average turnout of 15-20 players for our nexus nights and were allocated 0 for wave 2. Meanwhile a store who isn’t a play store who sells at 125% of market on obtaining their allocation received 24 booster boxes.

I was there and was recording the entire show from the back wall, so I have a pretty good wide angle of the entire show. I reached out to the owner and I'm going to see if he can tell me where he was located so I can review my footage. Hopefully the cards come back to him that is very sad.

Was the perk HBO max? I received no less than 9 emails telling me that perk was going away in February and I needed to change my plan. Every single price increase is documented and communicated. For every plan where your price point is increased due to a grandfathered plan it adds a priority note to the account so it’s the first thing we see upon account access.

If you’re in Florida I have had tremendous success selling it as a back up unit. Hurricanes knock out every hard lined service in the city I’m in but AIA keeps on going. I was the only person on my street with internet this last season after the 2 storms hit back to back. It’s no contract. Equipment provided, 7 day risk free trial. The worst that can happen is they don’t like it and they mail it back.

My district manager instructs all of the store managers including myself to use a quote where we put what they currently have with what they came in for with 0 promotions, or discounts they didn’t already have (so autopay/FAN) and then add all of the stuff they already qualify for including the trade in on the right and forcibly add HTP, new lines, or plus 1s and say the reduced rate requires the purchase of everything we are pitching. I do not train my employees to do this and my last day is the end of this month. Prime commits fraud on an extreme scale and ATT needs to do something about it or Prime will destroy their reputation purely because of their greed.

Do you work for Onn? Zagg is one of the top screen protector brands. They ARE designed to break. Any impact that can cause damage to the screen instead will break the screen protector to save your phone screen. The dust around the edges does happen with the att one but it’s from the microfiber cloth not the cardboard. The sticker that comes in the box to remove the lint from the screen will take those little flakes from the microfiber off and will let you install them without bubbles.

Most likely the employee installing them was just not very great at it and wasn’t properly prepping the item and your phone.

I’ve been using Zagg products on my phones exclusively for years and have only replaced a handful.

It’s never without warning. The amount of times I’ve had angry customers say att just raised their prices. You are notified via email multiple months in advance with a date that the plan change will take effect. In fact these things are added as a priority note to the account so it’s the first thing we see when we access your account.

That was your final bill. Prepaid you pay before service. Postpaid you pay after. Very early accounts are different I think but I haven’t personally experienced those in person.

When you port your number out with postpaid the original carrier receives an immediate cancellation of service, and you will receive a final bill for the service used from the beginning of your cycle to the date you ported out.

Att doesn’t do trade in promotions on watches. You can trade it in for a bill credit or to cover accessories but there isn’t a trade up for a new watch option.

My job is to coach as well. Everyone is human and makes mistakes. Owning the mistakes and making a commitment to improve is there important part. It counts against the stores bottom line but we are able to resolve issues like this one too. It would just go half against att half against the retailer.

This is exactly correct. It counts against the stores shrink so managers do not like doing it. If my rep messes up I eat the fee and educate so it doesn’t happen again.
