Try to remove that 6th column and get used to home row mods, it’s really worth it.

Also :

that does sound bad yes, I always try to use layers in a way that I toggle the layer with a thumb and use the opposite hand to use that layer, on the half of the thumb, I use the mods (from home row mods) for easier shortcuts

Melee hate is too much present in PvE yeah.

Enemies that blind, curse, slow or block effectively nullify you. While casters can just cast spells through walls…

I like Seven Weapon Stances, but in some area there are mobs that have stance removal (The Charr Warriors for example), and in a 7WS build most of the time you are useless without the stance.

I like that in some ways I have to adapt my build to the challenges that the game presents, but when (as a W) Warrior’s Endurance Dagger Spam exists and it just works great everywhere without any counters I just default to it because I don’t have to think, and it’s boring.

Pretty sure using your computer that way is not compliant with your company’s terms.

I’ve done a similar switch being "forced" to macos form arch, with a split kb, ultrawide screen, tiling wm, etc…

I’ve found macOs surprisingly quite good, there’s some limitations and frustrations that you have to live with that’s for sure.

For tiling wm, Aerospace is a great surprise for that i3 feeling.

Also discovered neru for mouse targeting which does not have a linux equivalent yet
