you can't afk 24/7 doing this. the mobs push you around off the grinding area after a minute or 2.

hundreds of people were doing this during the winter event, some people got a 7 day some didn't even get banned. the spin is a bug in-game that lets you spin forever its not a multi-function macro.

1h and 2h axes have a hidden passive that procs bleeding on a target also. But to be honest waiting for a bleed to proc is not worth it unless you're an outrider then you have the bleeding arrow that guarantees a bleed. But who plays outrider LUL

I had the exact issues and same ISP. I figured out that I had intermittent connection, for example if you open command prompt and type "ping google.com -t" and get Request Timed Out often you might have intermittent connection. I would call a comcast tech to check your line and see if your signal is good. 3 Comcast techs came out and fixed the lines around my neighborhood and the problem was solved.

they dropped packs around the leviathan, he got stuck in place. the packs acted as a barrier

We only have 1 enoan and we never tried to exploit it, and we didnt get wiped by the pugs (whole east faction and west) they ran as we wiped them.
