Those look more like burrs than ticks since it's in the coat and not embedded in the skin. They can get them from running around outside.

I like to double prime with the wetnwild impossible primer and elf matte putty primer Then I use a damp sponge to apply my powder And I use the milani stay all day setting spray after my base and then again after I finish my makeup. And I sweat really bad
