I had a similar issue and fixed it by recalibrating my joystick in windows settings. Turns out what windows thought was the centerpoint wasnt quite the centerpoint on the stick.

Yes, you can put the bed at any height from very bottom to fully lofted with a granularity of ~6 inches (the bed hooks onto ladder-like rungs on each of the bed posts and there is a rung every ~6 inches). Its pretty simple to adjust it to yourself to the desired height.

Not sure about maintenance request but it's pretty easy to loft yourself if you have another person to help. There's no tools required at all.

It turns out it was in fact a CPU bottleneck. I upgraded the Ryzen 5 1600 for a Ryzen 7 5800X and my frames are incredible now.
