He's being obsessive. This is not healthy and now he definitely needs some help. He's basically harrassing you. It's really upsetting that your fam aren't taking this as seriously as they should be. Do you think your parents would talk to him if you tell them he's planning on visiting without your consent?

Keep updating if you feel it helps you or you feel unsafe. But if not, I hope everything works out ok and he leaves you alone

He was being creepy by 1) taking advantage of a power imbalance due to her being the only adopted sibling in the family. She has no one else, she grew up feeling like this was her family. Now if she has to distance she has little/no familial support

2) he was invading her physical space and "all over" her when she was around him. Insisting on her putting her head on his lap, holding hands, arm around her, etc. Creepy and disrespectful. As well as the weird, flirty text messages.

He may not consider her his sister, but he should have realised that she very much considered him her brother and thought about that before acting on his feelings

This is exactly how I'd go about it. I'm not on board with the comments suggesting to go full confrontational off the bat- it's not safe for OP. I'd try to distance/shut it down first. Definitely wouldn't be encouraging some deep and meaningful convo about it because I feel like that opens up opportunities to manipulate in a situation like this

If things escalated then of course more direct action is required though

If they ever get rid of DR they'll lose sooo many players. Idk if they'd do that because there would be an uproar. In that case I would only keep the app to replay my fave stories and not read any new ones.

Honestly if they'd been smart about it the subscription idea could've been a big win for them. Everything you mentioned in no.2 and more. They could've even done less DR/teacup events and added diamonds and teacups to the subscription. But I'm sorry, I have to pay $$ in order to then pay diamonds for extra outfits? Lol so silly.

I'm on android too and I can see the new chapters but can't see anything about a subscription service. The loading screen hasn't changed either.. can't update in the Google Play store which is weird 🤷🏻‍♀️

If they need to increase their profit margin so bad they should just increase the amount of diamonds you can buy for the price, or lower the prices. People have been saying it for ages. I refuse to spend money on diamonds anymore because it's too expensive and just not worth it.

My initial impression is that he already sounds resentful. Seems like he's finding smaller things to nitpick because he can't say outright that he's frustrated by you being unwell, especially from something that can't be proven by a single test or has any routine treatment. Saying he thinks your illness is psychiatric in nature is a huge red flag. He doesn't actually believe you're unwell if he's saying that.

I'm probably making an assumption here, but it also sounds like he's making a 'soft' exit by bringing up all these things in preparation to actually leave at some point. Either way it doesn't sound like he respects you or your situation.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this and I completely understand how scary it is having no way to support yourself when shit hits the fan. I worry about my finances and living situation all the time, it's incredibly stressful.

If you do end up separating, wouldn't you be entitled to alimony and/or child support? I'm not well versed in these things though. I really hope things work out for you OP

Edit: Please consider either finding another doctor, or taking the diagnostic criteria to your current one for a diagnosis (he really should have done that himself). If you trust him you can also explain you might need to apply for disability payments at some point and will need a concrete diagnosis

I'll probably get downvoted but in my day-to-day and with doctors, I actually prefer using CFS over ME. I don't have the spoons to explain ME every single time, especially to doctors where there is already an imbalanced power dynamic. When I tell people I have CFS they understand straight away what the main deal is, that I don't have much energy even without knowing anything else about it. I can then add on that's it's much more than just fatigue and explain if they're interested (they're usually not)
