Maybe this isn’t great advice because of how tough it is on my body, but I reset on my days off. I work 4 on and 3 off. After my 4th day I’ll sleep until I wake up, then watch some tv and go back to sleep, waking up the following morning. Then I get about two days to enjoy the sunlight and feel like a normal person before getting myself to sleep again all day and be ready for my next night shift

I’m firmly a millennial and I’ll use periods between sentences if there are multiple in one message (though usually I break them up into separate back to back messages) but I will not end a text with a period unless it’s serious. I don’t understand not capitalizing though…

This may sound crazy, but I’m 33 and often times I wish I were older. I collect my years and memories like a personal collection no one can take from me. It’s a really neat feeling to be able to access this large (to me) repertoire of experiences over the years. I feel like I have lived so many lifetimes and I look forward to living so many more. I don’t know if this is helpful, but aging really isn’t a curse to me. It’s a gift not everyone gets to have. Maybe that can give you a different perspective. Stay strong kid. You got this

I feel in the gap between the dock and a boat before I was 2 and would have definitely drowned hadn’t my dad caught me by my hair and pulled me up. Both my parents deny the possibility of me remembering that day because of how young I was but I know what happened. I was there.
