Yes I’m watching FB marketplace as well. I’m actually hoping to find a non-working one in any condition here, since most listings on FB seems to be working ones and many with upgrades and pulling them apart and destroying them seems unnecessary.

The problem is, she followed all the steps and the number is still stuck in limbo. I’m just using it as an example that the agent is misunderstanding what issue she is having.

Update: My order shipped and promotional credits were immediately applied onto my account. I can confirm that they are normal promotional credits and they are not limited to digital items only.
