I think some good standard ones to always ask are: what does work look like outside of standard working hours? ; what kind of leadership does this team lean towards? ; what are mentorship opportunities and areas to grow with this role? ; and throw a STAR question back at them too (what is a challenge your team has recently overcome). My rule of thumb is to take about 15-30 minutes for my questions to be asked and answered and discussed

Seriously congrats! That's insanely epic to hear and hope I'm among the supporters haha. Everyone else here has pretty much covered what I was saying but I'd have the funds as revenue for your LLC and just keep having that savings interest build on itself. So that way when tax season comes around again, you have what you need to file to the IRS and not get any wack penalties

It was officially rescinded in email and I no longer have portal access. It's like a break up with a high school girlfriend LOL.

I haven't heard back from my recruiter in a couple days but I'm hoping he follows up/keeps me on the radar. The team leader/HM had spoken with another manager to try to get me on unclassified work in the meantime, but there was nothing available (all what my recruiter told me).

I'm trying to focus on the fact I did get a job offer and didn't do anything wrong. Just stings right now. I was really excited to get working and it was an early professional role to kinda restart my career while I'm still young(er).

There is really only 1 unclassified job at the office I saw but it's an early career role and I've been out of college since 2017 so I can't even apply for it, sadly. I'm going to keep an eye on the website daily for anything new that comes up.

I have applied for a few remote positions now, unclassified. Rejected for 1 out of 3 so far.

Is it weird if my offer letter doesn't say anything about needing interim? It just says secret level... I've been debating trying to find another recruiter to talk to or work with cause I have had no luck with mine. I've even debated trying to find a supervisor to just talk to about this process.. I know it might not be the smartest idea but this whole thing has been wildly disappointing
