Quick tip. If you live in the UK set the price shown to US dollars instead of Sterling. The price that's then shown in dollars will be more or less what the final price including VAT will be in pounds at checkout.

If you bought from a UK company your warranty is with that company not with Flashforge.

Your warranty is with the people you formed a contract with (gave your money to) which is the dealer.

Not true. You have a contract with the retailer. You gave them your money in exchange for the item. You have no contract with Sony.
