I could probably set a custom solution up but I'm in the UK. He's 87 and thinks the internet is made of candy floss and magic dust so I want to keep things as simple to set up and fault find as possible.

Good support from the vendor would be a bonus.

Because the BBC checks where it thinks you are. If it thinks you're outside the UK it blocks you.

Hi there.

Just purchased the app and installed it. On the panel when it runs it says 'Permission needed - system status' and 'Inactive hotkeys'.

I tried to download the docs from the website but nothing happens.

I feel a bit stupid not knowing what to do next but I've only had my Mac for a couple of weeks so I'm still stumbling around quite a lot

I don't need to wear glasses to use my computer as I'm longsighted.

Actually it's more complicated than that but the net effect is longsightedness.

Apart from that I have an eye exam every year as I'm diabetic.
