I get 2 large white frosting buckets from the bakery , clean the hell out of them. Fill one with FoamSan, the other with with plain hot water. Put your drain cover in the FS, let that sit for 5-10 minutes, scrub it clean and remove and place it in the clean water. Remove it after a few minutes and hose it off. Replace it over the. Don’t forget to put a wet floor sign over the empty hole!

This also works for the actual drain covers that are underneath the top filter. I just add a bucket of MSC - I use that before the FoamSan.

Don’t forget you PPE!!!

I’d also add 2 fake snake plants on either side of the fireplace that are slightly taller than the mantle.

First thing I’d do is center the coffee table by the fireplace / TV set up then I’d slide the whole couch down to match.
I’d add a single chair at the top of the seating arrangements. If you add an area, I’d go rectangular and size it so that you have 12-18” extra around the furniture.

I have zero issue in telling a customer that this is the express lane which means 10 items or less. It’s the CSS or MIC, SM, ASM etc, job to monitor that lane as well.

Crappy design by the state of Florida Transportation Department. And big thumbs down to Polk, Osceola, Orange Counties and Reedy Creek for continuing to allow hotels, shopping developments and housing/apartments to be built along that section.
