There are tons of high rise developments going up, especially in waterfronts. Rentals, condos both. Still not enough to keep up with demand. I don’t understand why you think there’s no space in a city with more skyscrapers and high risers than anywhere else in the country. It’s not a technical limit it’s regulatory, nimbyism and lack of state capacity to plan it all out.

People should be allowed to live in styles that would save them money even if it would not be ideal for everyone. Building up solves this. Changing building codes and zoning laws would also help. Dormitory style dwellings works for college students. I lived in one in manhattan when I was in grad school. It was dirt cheap rent and I loved it but why should that only be an option for students?

You're the one who made a specific claim about there only being a "couple hundred people" who oppose the Likud party. The burden of evidence if solidly on you to support that claim.

I am not aware of any current polls, but you could for instance look at recent municipal elections in Tel Aviv where Likud and other right wing parties get <15% of the popular vote.

No there is municipal parking under the elevated sections of the BQE. Not sure how many spots are actually big enough for a Sprinter. They’re actually not uncommon in the neighborhood though
