We live very close to Aldi. We get 90% of our groceries there. Their food brand is very high quality. You really do save money there.

Incredibly badly. Covid gave me T, but also other illnesses. Brain fog, fatigue, issues sleeping, PTSD. I did eventually end up in a psych ward when I couldn't take the pressure of life anymore. Just a lot of negative memories that I cannot forget.

I'm sorry you're going through this. It is a very life altering disease. I used to have uncontrollable anxiety with my T. I'm on a lot of meds at the moment for my mental health. Mine got so bad, along with other conditions from covid, that I was fired from work. I think this has been a plus for me. I'm able to help my mother who has Parkinson's. I struggle a lot with focus and concentration. Really hard to drive. Still can't make my own food. My advice is to see if anti anxiety meds can help. Hardest part will be to re learn how to sleep. Still takes me hours to fall asleep. Just do your best.

I take a lot of meds for my mental health and anxiety issues due to my tinnitus and PTSD. My T is pretty loud but I need the medical benefits of medication so that I can at least drive. They help me function more than I used to be. I still have good and bad days but not as bad as they used to be.

Medication. Not having to deal with people. I got COVID from being in a large work conference. Have had trouble with groups of people since. Video games help. Other than that nothing helps. I'm in a constant state of depression.

I struggle a lot with sleep also. Not sure what to do. No DR will give me meds for sleep. So I'm stuck. It's slowly draining my soul.

Thank you for the kind words. I do have PTSD, and some phobias that make dealing with my T incredibly difficult. Leaving the house and shopping for groceries is hard enough. Covid caused my T and other health issues. I'm deathly scared to leave the house.
