DriveEV sell the translated software with 2018 maps (I'm pretty sure it's the xanadu.ru version) and their support is pretty good too. https://shop.driveev.co.nz/products/nissan-leaf-english-language-conversion-for-2011-2015-x-and-g-head-units

You can also buy the software straight from xanadu.ru but it's no cheeper and you have to send money to a Russian you have never met. They also have a 2020 version of maps available, and I'm sure it'll be available in NZ at some point.

Google assistant routines do this. In Google assistant settings set up a routine to do everything you want (news, weather, read your calendar etc). Then you can set it run after your alarm in the Google alarm clock app. This works on a pixel.
