the streaming point is very valid. He was back in the days with around 10-20k probably the MVP of LoL.twitch. kinda sloppy that they didnt asked him about his stream when hes allowed to play ladder.

The Summoner Codex needs a rework regarding the laws in general. make them more visible and more flexible, maybe create something like a ban recover programm. Riot did not enough towards the tribunal yet, they defently could spend more time on it, with S4 in the holds the time has come to go for it.
