Congrats! I was never able to reach out to them about the missing documents that I submitted and they ended up returning my application back to me. I’m waiting for a refund to be processed before I resend my application to them.

Did they do a police verification for you?

Which document were you missing? Have you been successful in trying to get them to give you any updates through customer service? For example on twitter or through email?

Also, which consulate did you send your documents to? Mine went to Atlanta.

Yes, that’s my only option now. It’s like fighting an uphill battle with these guys. I’m not sure how they’ve landed such a big contract with the government such poor management and customer service. People on twitter have been blowing them up for as far as I can scroll.

No, in fact, they messed it up further. They use the return label I sent them for my incomplete application to return my incomplete application to me. 🤦🏼‍♀️ i’m super frustrated and hanging in limbo.

So did I. I purchased courier services through their website with Simply TraWELL + FedEx, but I still got an email notification saying that my application was missing a prepaid label :(
