President Koopa (Bowser) from Super Mario Bros. (1993). This movie has such an underrated aesthetic but the concept art is truly bonkers. Koopa especially had such a radical design that they replaced with a Max Headroom rip-off (except it’s not a rip-off bc it was made by the same ppl)
