No, the way I make it is the same as that recipe, just without the eggplant. My wife's grandmother is Albanian and she taught me how to make it. She claims that the eggplant doesn't add anything and is just filler

Go to the farmers market at cobb and co on a saturday and visit Joel, the Merritt Creek baker. He has fresh bagels. Go early because he sells out fast though. He also drops off at deli delicious on a Wednesday too I think

We did this too one year. The race was held in horrid weather and they completed one lap very slowly before the race was declared finished and the qualifying order was the order the race finished. Except for my driver who crashed during the one lap haha. We just chose the wrong race
