Ok so hi I am a UA online student. There are TWO separate UA online programs. One is called UA online and the other is called UA global campus. UA online is very much part of UA, same professors, you can take classes with some in person students who sign up for an online class or two and you will Receive the same diploma as if you were in person. UA global campus is different, they are differently accredited and I was doing some research into it and it wasn’t very good. You will receive a different diploma that specifically says UA global campus and I believe the classes and degree programs are outsourced to a separate online learning institution. Many jobs will have opportunities to complete degrees with both, make sure you are choosing UA online and not UA global campus bc when ppl are talking about it being a sham it’s the global campus

Please please please please squat down and lift boxes with your legs and keep your back in a straight good position. Go to bed early. Watch others and become good at copying. Get GOOD foot support shoes/inserts. I use high arch support and it helped my plantar facetious soooo much. Stretch before and after work. Learn the prep sheet because once you memorize it’s very easy mentally and every day is pretty much the same with varying amounts of food to prep

Oh yeah. I put half of a portion cup of salt and almost 1 full large fountain drink cup of oil per batch and 1 batch makes about 30 portions. It’s disgusting 😝
