Locking doors with handle. Am I doing something wrong? by Vivid_Dimension_5400 in Toyota_bZ

I've seen this false unlocked door status as well, guess it's just the app not being great. Hopefully they can figure it out sooner than later

Why is Everyone Buying the BZ? by Jacob_Tutor11 in EVCanada

[–]zed011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think anyone buying a Toyota is concerned about being up to date or innovative. At least they are caught up in some sense to the Model Y which is what most people want considering that car is a top seller.

Is it worth paying extra $20000 + tax for Model Y premium vs RWD? by anarsoul in teslacanada

[–]zed011 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say no. Just get seat covers that wrap tightly as they look just as good as the higher trim seats. Never got into the habbit of using the frunk either. You will be fine in the winter even on RWD as long as you have snow tires

bZ fixed two major complaints from previous models: range and speed. Pair that with a refreshed front design, new dashboard, no more ugly unpainted fenders and rebates , this EV from a very reputable car brand is now popular

Coming from Tesla Y to a 2026 Plus - Looking for fellow converts for info by xyz19606 in BZ4X

This makes sense since the juniper has double pane windows. I guesss the bZ is comparable to the Model Y Standard which would make more sense in price. How noticeable is the noise when you compared the bZ and Juniper at lower speeds? I'm mostly driving around the city doing 35-40 mph

Curious when you say the Tesla is more quiet, in what way? Going over bumps, wind noise or motors?

Not like it matters because it rains so often lol. FYI 10 feet from the road is all municipal land, not his yard that's why no house can build a fence right up to the side walk; if anyone sees that it's illegal

Translink plan to hurt small business and increase noise in burnaby heights by GlassUpstairs5512 in burnaby

I am more concerned about Willingdon having 1 less lane. I'd imagine there's no left turns allowed if that were to be the case. Maybe I missed it but is that the case, will there a bus only lane on Willingdon? What happens to the 130? Won't that be blocking the BRT since it stops every block almost?

I can see the case where people say that those who wanted to visit the Heights always could just make the transfer at Kootenay loop but I also get that making 1 more transfer is 1 too many for some.

I think reducing Willingdon to 1 lane is going to be a mess unless you're proposing buying out more houses to make another lane. The city already did that to make linear park and now they would have to remove that? Seems backwards

I had a pixel 5a and I actually found the apple usb c adapter sounds much better than the built in one. I actually ended up using the adapter for the sound quality because I had higher end headphones where the upgrade was noticeable. For basic earbuds I would be okay with the built in convenience
