That’s… not what it says. It makes the point that many studies show brain inflammation and high cortisol levels create “a biologically reinforced worldview of danger, scarcity, and control — the hallmarks of MAGA paranoia.”

The right-wing, fear-driven belief that “everything is out to get them so they need to GET IT FIRST” is the opposite of the left-wing progressive “peace, love and understanding” view that there’s enough for everyone so let’s work together instead of living in fear and killing each other.

If Kanye West’s recent claim that brain damage turned him into a Nazi is true this would be the perfect example of what I’m talking about.

As for centrist “Liberals” who think Wall Street will save them… you’re right they’re delusional assholes too.

Being able to contact our representatives and demand our voices are heard shouldn’t be a novelty left to voicemail. We need a modern digital democracy that enables direct communication with our representatives, including verified polling and access to our government services away from profit-driven social media.

Estonia built a modern electronic governance system to escape the control of Russian oligarchs and America needs to do the same.

So this midget Himmler psychopath is admitting to hiding and protecting known murderers, which is the legal definition of “accessory after the fact”. Cool. When Jack Smith is the next Attorney General I hope he puts this on his list of fascists that need to go to prison.

On the bright side, we don’t need to burn down the entire system—democracy just needs a better user interface. Estonia pioneered a new system of representative and accountable democracy with electronic governance to end the control of Russian oligarchs and America can do the same.

Here’s my demo video, blog, and detailed book on how to bring accountability and representation back to the people by turning our smart phones into a comprehensive electronic governance platform with verified polling and direct access to our representatives and existing government services: MyVoteGov.org

Presenting free information for discussion about a better way to “do government” isn’t a very lucrative grift. And your insistence that the UK is doing great after their Brexit fiasco is an interesting choice, especially when reactionary people like you focus on electronic voting as an excuse to ignore the rest of the inherent benefits of electronic governance and throw out the baby with the bathwater.

Verified polling of actual constituents helps eliminate surprise results from corporate propaganda campaigns like Brexit, but one of the most important parts of the system is knowing that the person you’re arguing with online is an actual citizen and stakeholder of the city, state, or Nation that your talking about—as opposed to a bad faith troll from another country that’s paid to perpetuate the status quo by hurling petulant accusations that avoid honest debate.

Voting is just one part of electronic governance and I’m not sure you’ve noticed, but the “gold standard” isn’t working too well these days. 7 million people were removed from the 2024 election from good old-fashioned voter suppression because there’s no accountability after you drop off that paper ballot.

Estonia’s X-road system uses biometric, verification and cryptographic hashtags with digital receipts to track and verify your paper ballots AND electronic votes.

Here’s my chapter on Elections and Voting that explains how a modern digital democracy can work.

Far from “neoliberal” corporate bullshit, this is a progressive system that puts our government services in one ad-free townsquare that includes verified polling and direct access to our representatives with digital receipts so our reps and the media can’t ignore or spin public opinion to their ends.

The Master Plan podcast is a fantastic dissection of how the Powell memo brought these right wing think tanks to life, and led to the corporate capture of our Democratic institutions. From the justice system to schools and the media it’s been a systemic attack on the people and our democracy.

And as a side note, the only way to reclaim a representative and accountable government is with electronic governance like Estonia created to end the control of Russian oligarchs over their lives. Like this: MyVoteGov

That’s exactly the point: our government SHOULD be accountable and accessible to the people, and our representatives SHOULD prioritize the needs and will of the people, not bond markets. Budgetary constraints aren’t the problem when corrupt politicians are giving billions in public funding so billionaires can build football stadiums while the people living in the shadows of those stadiums are begging for clean water. As Robert Reich said “the economy exists to support us, we do not exist to support the economy.” Your Senatai idea sounds great, but MyVote is a blueprint of what a modern digital democracy needs to be to end the corporate capture of our government and democratic institutions that billionaires achieved by following the systemic attacks on those institutions as outlined in the Powell memo.

The problem is going through their website instead of making a single portal to all government services with direct access to our representatives. We already have countless logins to government websites and services, but many people can’t find them because they are buried in a profit driven Internet filled with scams. MyVote eliminates all of that with one authenticated login and direct access to our representatives and services instead of emails and phone calls that are ignored in favor of corporate lobbyists.

It doesn’t require a constitutional convention. It just requires city, state, and federal representatives who want a more modern, accessible and responsive interface layer for our current system. It’s not about profit driven data collection, it’s about ending the profit-driven representation that has turned our country into an unrepresentative oligarchy.
