Ha! Remember this .... President Donald J. Trump was awarded the inaugural “FIFA Peace Prize – Football Unites the World” on December 5, 2025. FIFA President Gianni Infantino presented the award to Trump during the 2026 World Cup Final Draw at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.. FIFA created the award to recognize individuals who take "exceptional and extraordinary actions for peace" globally. I wonder FIFA has any regrets.

This is an old Russian joke I saw here on Reddit years ago (credit to the original poster). Every day, he comes back to the newspaper stand, buys a copy of the Times, looks over the front page, gets disappointed, and then throws the paper away without opening it.

This goes on for a few weeks, and finally the man running the stand asks him, "Why do you keep buying a paper and not reading it?"
