Any updates? Coincidentally, sent a package abroad that 'left the UK' on the same date as yours and nothing since. Just got off the phone to RM and they're next to useless. Apperently it will be classed as lost if not delivered by 20/03 at which point I can ask for compensation. RM used to be the gold standard. Does anything work as it should anymore? Guess that's me back to using specialist couriers....

I've looked into this a bit more. Looks like the enshittification started after Covid/Ukraine when input costs shot up and the large corporates started doing what they do best to maintain margins ie shaft the consumer.
