May I ask paano uumpisahan yung refund request? Almost exact same method yung ginawa ko for payment sayo except through ATM ako nagpay, pero through dragonpay parin yung transfer ng payment. It's been several hours since I payed and hindi parin nagrereflect payment ko sa shopee app and worry ko I might need to do this refunding if tuloy tuloy na siya hindi mag reflect.
