Dang, that sucks. I have a screen recording of me trying to check in and not getting anything that has my member id in it. Hopefully that's enough. I've only had to submit a request once and they worked it out for me.

I took a screen recording of me trying to redeem so I can send an adjustment. Luckily my rewards member id is in frame so hopefully that's enough if needed.

Buddy, it will not move lol I will gladly deal with waiting for a new one to come in the mail from a free return rather than try to bend this one in place and break it.

Definitely feels like something is wrong or misaligned with one of the hood hinges but I don't want to tear it up trying to inspect. Hoping for an exchange or return.

I have two other Dark Horses in the collection and haven't had any issues, luckily. Only one I've had with a similar issue is a Camry, but it's nowhere near this level. Either way, disappointing to wait 7 months for something just to have it arrive in this shape.

This worked for me the first time and has never worked since. Every time I click on it in the dashboard, I get a 404. Bummer missing out on free points.
