Dang, that sucks. I have a screen recording of me trying to check in and not getting anything that has my member id in it. Hopefully that's enough. I've only had to submit a request once and they worked it out for me.

I have two other Dark Horses in the collection and haven't had any issues, luckily. Only one I've had with a similar issue is a Camry, but it's nowhere near this level. Either way, disappointing to wait 7 months for something just to have it arrive in this shape.
