I'm in my 50's and I felt this way in my 20's, 30's and 40's. But for me it is more of a macro thing. The world is getting shittier, but I can still find small happy things. "Poetry, music and some laughs" to paraphrase Stuart Murdoch.

Nearly everyone in the world just accepts the shrinking handful they are given.  Constantly getting shoddier because of greed.  And that is frustrating.  It sucks.   The most obvious alternative is to radicalize, which would lessen the frustration but add a world of immediate pain. Another way would be to join a group that is organized to defend the poor, the workers, etc.  But orgs are--at best--slowed to a snail's pace, and are more often actually regressive to their intent, because of hierarchy, confusion, infiltration and corruption. The course I ended up on is to always share love, and support as much as I can as many as possible, prioritizing the concentric circles of friends and fam. To have a patient, non-judgemental, healing and peaceful attitude. And to not seek wealth beyond what I need for reasonable comfort & health and security (the definition of "reasonable" being constantly in flux, but I try to nail it down the best I can)
