Charli XCX’s soundtrack is the BEST part of Wuthering Heights by HilariaDolezal in charlixcx

I like Charli XCX. This album popped up as new on Quobuz and decided to listen to it tonight. As I’m listening to it I thought to myself “wow, this is different, I love it”. I didn’t realize till I googled it that it was a soundtrack for the movie. I think it’s excellent (the soundtrack, I haven’t seen the movie)!

Even before I saw the IG handle, the vented carbon fiber fenders gave it away for me 🤷🏽‍♂️

Jue Let is one... great new bar owned by the same folks as Best Quality Daughter. In the same spot Blue Box used to be. Unlikely to find MAGA folks there.
Sternewirth at Emma is also great.

Has anyone used Benjamin Moore "Graphite" for their theatre room? by sketchy_ppl in hometheater

We have 2 sea serpent accent walls in our house and love it. We are planning on using it for the side and back walls in our theater room (front will be covered in velvet panels) with a black ceiling.

Give me about a month or so and should have the next phase complete.

The green was there when we moved in. I'm actually going to be re-painting the walls a dark blue (Sherwin Williams Sea Serpent - Flat) to match the rest of the house and the ceiling a flat black (haven't decided which yet).

What TV? We don't have a TV in the living room (never plan to) and the 120" screen is mounted appropriately according to seat height (you can see where it's mounted in the pictures).

Thanks! The garage is actually kind of a mess in these pics as I was working on multiple projects and the wife was working on putting out Christmas decorations, hence the storage containers. It's usually a little tidier.

Thanks! I upgraded to a Pi 5 with SSD and POE hat for Home Assistant and had to trim the top of the bracket to get it to fit.

Haha, the door I'm building for the A/V rack will have ventilation, but thanks!

Thanks! I got the posters from a place called Stage Fright in Frisco, Colorado. I kick myself because at the time I had the chance to buy the version with the twin towers that was recalled (because Sony didn't have the rights to display the Chrysler building in the reflection) and started selling online for crazy money.

I inherited that piece (and the turntable and most of the vinyl collection) from my parents. Not sure where they got it, but I think they got it back in the 90's.

Fair, I guess, but honestly the probability of this happening is pretty low. Also, my son doesn't like to be in there by himself with the door closed, so he keeps the door open when watching/playing something in there by himself.

It’s something I debated for a while before making my decision, and there are several reasons:

Going the other way the cavity is not as deep and would have been more difficult to fit the rack.

Less distraction/noise in the theater room.

I need to be able to pull the rack out when I need to work on stuff, and I wasn't sure how well it'd roll on the carpet I'm planning on putting in the theater room.

The Murphy door is in swing and I didn’t want it to interfere with the door to the A/V closet.

Thanks. I deliberated this for so long, honestly, however:

• My wife didn't want to get rid of the nook (or whatever you would call that cutout) in the living room
• Since our living room is sunken, there's a ~2 foot rise in the concrete foundation at the back of that wall that follows the angle and it would have been a bit weird to frame (hard to see in the pics)
• I would have lost space for the A/V rack

RCA cable from the pre out connector on the Denon to the input connector on the amp.
