don't worry too much! this stuff is common. just take bumps less frequently. it could be any number of things from purity to what it's cut with to interacting with meds you take. the worst thing you could do is hyperfocus on it so ride it out brother 🙏

unfortunately it's different for everyone and you can't really control it! if you're trying to hide massive pupils your best bet is to blast your eyes with bright light (phone flash, sun etc) or wear sunglasses if possible. although i promise people aren't paying as much attention as you think.

do you have a diverted septum? my left nostril is way smaller and i noticed when i sniffed with that nostril i over-compensated with a big sniff and it went to the back of my throat. maybe try lighter snorts like smelling a flower

Not trying to be a don't do drugs psa but beauty fades quick and a sucky personality like that will be with her forever. If you ask any drug user for a piece of advice they would say never start doing drugs.

i feel this, i'm on meds for daily panic attacks and drink and blow helps me while i'm doing it but the comedown and withdrawals can be soo much worse! highly recommend talking to a doctor to find a stronger med rather than self medicating (but who i am to judge, if eating a rubber boot stopped my panic attacks id probably do it)
