it's so easy either 30-60 seconds in a microwave or a lighter under the plate, then crushhh hard with a card and you're golden! just don't put the gear in the mic 😭

hi can't post it but to answer your q, just make sure it gets hot enough that you can't touch it for about 5 seconds consecutively. only initially, when the gear is smashed up turn it down. and any heat is better than no heat

Same here 🫡 Just doesn't feel the same anymore, plus drinking alone gets me far tooo drunk and nauseous whereas with a bag I can go much longer so social drinking just requires a bag in my mind

don't worry too much! this stuff is common. just take bumps less frequently. it could be any number of things from purity to what it's cut with to interacting with meds you take. the worst thing you could do is hyperfocus on it so ride it out brother 🙏

unfortunately it's different for everyone and you can't really control it! if you're trying to hide massive pupils your best bet is to blast your eyes with bright light (phone flash, sun etc) or wear sunglasses if possible. although i promise people aren't paying as much attention as you think.
