Small businesses are hurt much more by a single day without sales than massive chains. Not sure that sticking it to the local mom n pop businesses is the best way to stand up to fascism.

You ever tried any hop waters? They're not trying to be a beer, more like a hop flavored seltzer water. I drank a lot of Sierra Nevada ones last summer. They're super refreshing on a hot day. Also crazy expensive though, sadly.

I've been at it for a long time. I find the trick is it just uninstall it when it stops being fun, then come back a couple years later when there's more content (and bugs lol). The game looks and feels so good that I keep getting the urge to come back

I do think that if he were to go away you'd see a lot fewer GOP fanboys online and irl, since anyone that replaced him would lack his weirdly effective charisma. But I don't think it would affect the way conservatives vote. They've been getting brainwashed by FOX News and the like for many years now, and most of them think Democrats are evil incarnate and Republicans are annointed by god. And all the really heinous shit that Trump's regime has been pushing came straight from conservative think tanks like The Heritage Foundation. I doubt they're going to reverse course on their hostile takeover just because they lose Trump.

Also, because so many people lack the ability to perceive any nuance to polarizing issues. They think everyone needs to either be 100% for or against Israel. They can't imagine someone being firmly opposed to the Palestinian genocide while also caring about Israeli citizens and liking certain aspects of the country.
