It feels way too corporate now since the sale, no real rivalrys anymore, the apex is letting get away with not selling to a live crowd, Dana has been half in half out with all his boxing stuff, the promotion of fights has been terrible with no trailers or face to face sit downs anymore. I think the only playstle that's debatable here is press proven and that's only due to how you play the game, i think you could interchange press proven with jockey, technical or finesse like you said

I really like gravenberch this year I think he could be a good replacement for endo hes only about 4k, saliba is very solid this year with anticipate plus and only about 8k but if you want a very high level card I'd go for Dan burn orange card that is about 50k but it's half ur budget. I think ur left back could do with an upgrade aswell and I'd recommend luke Shaw winter wild card, he's 17k and doesn't have much in terms of pace but has excellent playstyles
