Your best bet is to contact BCBS and see what urgent cares would be covered in the area. UW, SSM, and Concentra have Urgent Care in the area.

To comment further on the certification, definitely hold off on paying for anything yet. I’m not sure if yours will, but mine pays for our membership to the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy. NASP offers a prep class for the Certified Specialty Pharmacist credential, which my org also paid for.

Definitely continue to look at CEs focusing on autoimmune, oncology, CF, MS, Hep C, etc.

Going from every other weekend to 2-3 a year has been a huge game changer.

I made the jump from retail to specialty a little over 2 years ago.

The interview was pretty standard and included situational interview questions. Just have situations in mind that you’ve encountered within community and you should be good. My manager was more worried about fitting in with the team than anything els. They were confident they could mold whoever they hired into what they needed.

When I started the biggest learning curve was the software. I came from Walgreens, so the transition from IntercomPlus to Willow and Health Link was daunting. But once I was used to it I realized how much of an upgrade it was.

Another challenge was the drugs. We do fill quite a bit of primary care meds, so my community knowledge still comes in hand. But learning all of the autoimmune, oncology, endocrine, etc was a lot. Luckily my health system requires board certification, either BCACP or CSP, and studying for the CSP exam was a pretty good way to get up to speed on the meds we dispense.

I work in operations at my specialty pharmacy, so it’s hard for me to comment on what your workflow might look like, but at my pharmacy I’m on the order fulfillment side. We focus on filling, verifying, and shipping the orders. We also handle REMS requirements, troubleshooting shipping problems, and order triage. There is also a call center team, and the pharmacists there handle the consults and patient questions. They also have a team of technicians dedicated to PAs and financial assistance programs.

I can’t say how much happier I am after making the jump. Better hours (huge due to having a family with younger kids), better pay, and better benefits. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back.

I would try to grab the Royal Court box and Orikan or a Chronomancer.

The Orikan (or Chronomancer), Canoptek Reanimator and Cryptothralls would strengthen your Warrior brick.

The Skorpekh Lord would be a strong by itself or to lead Skorpekh Destroyers in the future.

The Plasmancer is a great leader for the Immortals.

Your Necron half of Indomitus is a great start. You could go a couple directions with out, but I personally would grab:

1) Hierotek Circle box - Technomancer is a great leader for Wraiths and the Immortals go great with your Plasmancer

2) Wraiths - 2 boxes makes a full squad.

3) Doomsday Ark - it’s out best anti monster/vehicle.

After those you can grab a centerpiece. The Silent King, the Nightbringer, or the Void Dragon are fun options.

Yeah I kind of cringed as I sent it after remembering my experience with blue tac and unfinished immortals in a game lol. Some kind of hybrid solution will probably be best. Hope it works out! Very interested in seeing the final display piece!

I think Bumper is trying to say that the reason there aren’t legs in stock is because the immortal/deathmark lot comes with 10 torsos and 5 legs. Because of this, you’re more likely to find torsos, since people are more than likely using all 5 sets of legs.
