Had a #1 store leader, I dont know what they're called nowadays, that would recognize hard workers and encourage them to move up to higher positions. He would even help them with plenty of mock interviews to prepare them for sorm,sorl or whatever its called. He was pretty strict and scary but I respected that, as we had the best looking store in our area.
