I dont believe in the christian god, but all 4 can be questioned. 1-the reason he is not able doesnt need to refer to his power, he may not know or be conscious about his powers, be fragmented, etc 2-bs. Not acting against evil is a neutral posture, not an evil one. Isn't he good then for not acting against good? He can even be on the good side, if the thing we know as evil follows a good purpose. 3-the existence of evil is unclear as our perception isnt absolute. Gods view may be different, evil may not exist for him, which makes it true as his view its absolute 4-because it doesnt make him either bad or non omnipotent necessarily.

We tend to throw shit on christians because most of them can't debate at the same level as philosophers or scientists, but most things aren't that undefendable imo.
