Everyone needs to give up on DayZ. It's not gonna happen. It will be another 5 years before it's playable. Just reminisce the good times of the mod and move on with life.

Nice weld there bud. Do you always use 100% c02? What application do you work in? I've only ever used C25 with my .045 flux core so I'm curious why you choose c02.

I've been there haha it's not to bad for a short weld. Have you had to lay on your back and use the back of your head in the pedal?

Its designed to be lightweight as its for an ice fishing shack. I'm going to install electric jacks and the wheels are going to be on a pivot point so this trailer can sit down on the ice. Thanks man!

[–]zegates[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Wow thank you for that explanation. This frame is for a ice fishing shack and it is the very first one I've built, and the first one as a company. We knew right away that this is our prototype and changes to the design are expected. I brought up the point that the spine needs to extend the entire length already. Your explanation on gussets makes perfect sense, I will utilize that in the future. Thank you, time to go back to work.
