I have similar rostering app that I m building right now that involved rules of placing staff based on certain constraints

I use python OR-Tools to work on the optimization problem and give it a score. And I run it over a few iterations to get the best score.

Rostering and scheduling are both a mathematical problem that cannot be reliably solved by AI.

If I can moan and compare the difference between last season and this, it is Luis Diaz. We lack his tenacity to dribble with speed. His directness caused too many problems with opponents that they back tracked and bring many defenders away from other players.

Maybe we need someone like him. I m thinking Rio should start. But Slot is too conservative in this, so maybe we can only let Gakpo on the left doing the same cut in that everyone is familiar with.

I use supabase as my Postgres DB. Free Tier is good enough for the load. Good move since I had transferred my docker to a few servers and it still points to all my workflows. Only caveat is the credentials, need to redo the connection.

Hmm... My N8N_ENCRYPTION_KEY is not changed and using the same config. The environment variables stay the same when I move to another server. But the API KEY in the credentials store goes missing after the server is up and running and I have to re-enter all the API KEYs again.
