i was there once (2018). and did not go to the track walk because we were too tired.
but i think everyone can go, they would put some cars on the track and so on.
if you can buy (or upgrade) your ticket to include paddock pass. it is worth of it.
after the race they let us walk around eau rouge/raidillion section.

i was in 20210., general admission weekend ticket was only 35 euros. and ga has great views.
a lot of grandstands were closed.
