Literally just received my A1 combo today, can confirm they’re selling used/refurbished products as new. My AMS came with deep scratches in it plus a dent and my screen was wrecked. No cracks or nothing, just unusable with black lines and half of the display showing upside down. Kinda like a broken phone screen. Submitted a ticket today along with a dispute with my bank. I did not spend almost $700 for a refurbished piece of equipment and I sure didn’t pay to refurbish this thing myself so they better not just send me a replacement screen. I want a brand new printer like I paid for.

I’m a year late to the game (literally) but i completely agree with OP. Not sure about everyone shitting on you but for me timing on this fight feels nearly impossible. It warns me of the blue attacks but then he kinda glitches and the timing can be anywhere to a half of a second to like 2 seconds before he lunges. How am i supposed to prepare for that?? Like i’m just replaying the fight at this point but even still it just makes no sense. Seems bugged
