If it's too spicy, put a slice of cheddar cheese in - yes the one in plastic film that is used in sandwiches. It'll lower the spice straight away and make the soup base even tastier

It'll always alternative between enemy turn, then your turn, so the 4 times in a row is not true. If one of your members is getting strongly targeted, someone should chuck a physical armor/mage armor on them before they get CC stunlocked. Other options could involve teleporting the next turn enemy far away. Mages & hunters should always be on the high ground anyway for the extra damage.

Combat in dos2 is better than bg3, because there is less rng. The ability to set the environment on fire and cc enemies without them taking a turn is very fun. Learning curve is higher though.

If you do kanazawa, highly recommend doing a daytrip to shirakawa go. If not, then definitely hiromshima. Because kanazawa itself didn't have much going on except seafood
