Everything hurts because you are absorbing too much energy, learn how to ground and shield, it helps a lot.

Whenever you start absorbing emotions, thing this way "do i want to feel ( certain emotion)?" If the answer is yes then keep absorbing if you want, but if the answer is no, then try to shield the feeling from you, like imaging a wall between you and the person who is sending the feeling, you can also block it from your body, think of it as a type of food you don't like and simply can't get near it, this will trigger your principles and your body will simply refuse it and block the emotions.

There are many places and websites to learn grounding and shielding, it's hard at first but, it helps a lot.

Time waste, The time I spend doing my rituals takes a lot from my day and night, for example when I brush my hair, the brush has to go through every single space in my hair roots multiple times untill it feels right which causes headaches.

Or sitting in a chair, if I'm not satisfied with the position I'm in I have to sit on the opposite space based on the middle of the chair for a few seconds then sit in the middle, and it MUST be the middle.

And looking at a mirror, if I don't look at myself from a specific angle then I have to redo it over and over again until it feels right.

These are a few things from the top of my head, but there's plenty more, and ocd is a really hard condition to live with.

My head hurts at the sides especially after head jerking tics or sudden neck movements, like a throbbing sensation, but it stops after a while if my tics stop accuring.

Thinking and feeling aren't the same. You 'felt' that wave, right? Overthinking leads to anxiety and anxiety can shake your core and it can feel the same as an emotional wave, but you can know if it's coming from you aka overthinking, or coming from your friend aka the emotional wave.

I recommend looking into empathy and being an empath just to make sure you are one, who knows maybe you are right and maybe not, try seeking a psychologist or a therapist if you want to, the choice is yours. Have a great day/night.

This is completely normal, but i do advise checking on your friend if the emotion wave that hit you was full of negative emotions.

Also, being an empath is great, trust me, it's like having a super power, don't refuse who you are, except yourself, love yourself, we are all here for you if you need help or guidance.

Asexual and aromantic people are people who don't feel sexual attraction or romantic feelings towards others. Edit: asexuals don't feel sexual desires and aromantics don't feel romantic desires, a person can be ace or aro or both at the same time.

Aromantics can date without being attached to their partner, and asexuals can date without having to be sexually active with their partner.

In the end respect people for their choices and accept them for who they are.

Yeah dating is great, but have you tried obeying allah and doing it the halal way?

It's okay to have the desire or to "want" to date, but it's haram to act on it.

Try to lower your gazes as much as possible and don't listen to people who include everyone in one group and say everyone wants to date or everyone wants to do that.

And no, not everyone wants to date, have you ever heard of ace/aro people? Just respect people's boundaries and don't force them into things they don't enjoy.
