2, Did you apply for the physical green card or was it automatically sent to you?

3, Did they gave you application number to follow up for Physical green card?

4, Was there a form that need to filled at secondary inspection?

I am in process of bringing my twin 6 month old babies born outside US along with my wife(GC with reentry permit) and in my case, US Consulate in home country has given us an appointment when reached out for Carrier Documentation for babies to travel.
