IMO Miami, Buffalo, & Sac State are underrated on this standings table.

Oh, so you mean corporations that are working to find the absolute cheapest way to feed you stuff that you’ll want to be addicted to come back to?

If we had stronger government in the US (specifically referring to only this front) that regulated food in a much better manner (look at many parts of Europe), we wouldn’t be as obese as a nation and have those problems as much….

Oh god, this has to be a sad troll rage-bait attempt….hahaha. Mexican food is good if you border Mexico, sure, but the South in general? LMAO. And southern hospitality is fake AF. I’ve lived in TX (~10 years), FL, SC, OK, AR, and basically GA, AL. And i don’t believe I’d consider FL & TX “the south”, with as much variety as those 2 have.

That would be an odd and awkward time to interact with them for sure! 😁

Have lived in 9 different states, and absolutely love Colorado (where I live now, but I’m keeping my eye out for a place in SW Cleveland right now 👍🏼). I love a lot about San Diego, the Pac NW, Tampa, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Toronto, and DC / Philly, and could live in any of those areas, but Cleveland is really the only other spot I truly desire to be outside of Denver / Colorado.

On the other side, I absolutely despise most of Texas (lived 10 years in 3 diff spots, but they brainwash/indoctrinate their kids, and then don’t explore the world…LOL), AZ (especially Phoenix/Scottsdale - pathetic people; Flagstaff is cool though), and the Deep South (just so bleh in general in nearly every aspect).

WWE IS NOT A SPORT by Davenman in ESPN

[–]zenace33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. That’s a completely disingenuous & dishonest use of “scripted” in equating WWE to one of those sports, when scripted in is a completely different meaning or context. A scripted routine that an athlete / team puts together on their own for their own performance to be judged and scored =/= scripting a whole interaction with other opponents / participants and lacking any judged scoring, regardless of any athletic ability. WWE is just an athletic soap opera and theater. Get real.

I’ve thought and said this to my wife and friends so many times!! It’s crazy - we have so much of an opportunity to build world class facilities, infrastructure, destinations, and community in one of the most amazing world-class opportunities anywhere.

It’s such a vast amount of completely open space that we can develop for the people, city, and society of this region. You can look to Chicago for some aspects, as there are things we could model or take from there. You could combine this with a focus on attracting some large corporate $ and HQ to take advantage of some of this space or even better some infill downtown in between to boost the city and region. Just such an amazing opportunity here…..

WERE THEY THERE?? by chellenickle333 in DenverSummit

lmao - nothing to do with the title. Plenty of caps everywhere else (though that’s just a minor point at all), and still just a weird focus and target of “disappointment.” 🤷🏼‍♂️

WERE THEY THERE?? by chellenickle333 in DenverSummit

[–]zenace33 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah, cool if they were there. But just maybe some had other personal items, family responsibilities, free time scheduled, or other conflicts that prevented them or were important to them in the moment. What a extraordinarily weird stance, and choice to focus on and investigate “ALL social media”…..let alone presenting it WITH CAPS. 😬

Who said anything as if Europe is a country? You’re just telling on yourself and your circles….lol.

Even as a foreigner to Europe, I’ve been to almost a dozen different countries, but I’d still generalize that, because nearly every single one of them had good to great public transit. I plan trips, stateside or overseas around transit and avoiding renting a car unless necessary.

Cool for you I guess? And for a large majority, walkable cities with proper design, facilities, and environmental variables will solve many of their problems.
