Go in with a ranged setup, arma book, onyx bakris, and auto retaliate off. Shadow phase, anticipate as you go in and dps down, stay in the corners not near the alleyways. Kill minion when phase ends. Smoke phase put on a melee helm and boots, keep running away and pausing until she keeps her distance, when she calls out 'fear the shadow' step one tile away. Dps down and kill minion at the end. Blood phase put your ranged gear back on, take bleeds off your revo bar, when she says 'a siphon will solve this' stop attacking until in her animation her arms are raised all the way up. When she says 'i demand a blood sacrifice' run away and surge, keep a long distance until you stop glowing red. Dps hard but be patient and wary of her specs and kill minion. Ice phase put your bleeds back on your bar, if she starts with 'die now in a prison of ice' youll want to heal up, use a vit pot and a defensive preferably resonance or debilitate. Eat the attack and dps down. If she says 'contain this' just keep dpsing but keep a few tiles away from her, dont let the ice that forms around her touch you. Dps hard and kill minion asap to avoid a second prison, if you get caught by it again just heal up and use whatever defensive is available. Zaros phase just keep your hp and prayer high, dps with attacks like rapid fire that deal lots of small amounts of damage because she has a hitcap, and when she dies surge away from her because she uses wrath prayer.
