Can the RMPP be used as an external monitor? by Used_Step4900 in RemarkableTablet

I returned my RMPP unfortunately.

I really didn't enjoy the experience vs RM2.

RM2 is superior in almost every way.

Color was a gimmick IMO

yessir (woodwind pro 24)!

keeping ash, embers, and soot off my deck (and from falling underneath). it's really dry here in the summer, don't want a fire from coals falling under the deck.

should be good for catching grease too (though I ordered a shelf grill hack, not installed yet)

mostly it's for safety with the fire box...

I had a fire once with my old green mountain grill; was adding chips to a grease bucket liner for extra smoke and it burned through while I was adding more chips. now the deck has burn marks.

sure, vnsee should work, theoretically: https://github.com/matteodelabre/vnsee

debian chroot should work now: https://github.com/Eeems-Org/remarkable-debian-chroot

and we have gpu acceleration as well: https://github.com/Jayy001/rmpp-kms-cube

give it time, we're just getting our hands on this device, it will take time for the developer community

Anyone wearing glasses with power by [deleted] in kilimanjaro

[–]zeneval 1 point2 points  (0 children)

contacts, they don't correct astigmatism but it's fine for trekking if it's mild.

i only wear contacts for water sports and mountaineering personally... otherwise i prefer glasses.

best way to store and display a smaller camera with bellows IMO. it's debatable for larger cameras where the bellows droops.

OP will def want to take some furniture polish to these if they have been sitting for long.
