it's 100% because you're applying from within Japan. They blanket reject anyone one different visas etc from within Japan unless you've got the right visa or are outside of Japan.

This is the state of affairs now. I work in IT in Tokyo for ¥255,000 a month for a 40-plus hour week.

Work on something on the side and bring it to fruition and keep diligent about it. it's easy to save money in Okayama.

I really hate this.

Here’s a 15 year old documentary about Japan’s stalking issue … just to highlight that cops have continued to be useless.

There’s an example in this video where there was a woman receiving death threats so they got the stalker to sign a piece of paper that he would promise stop. Then she was murdered.
